Terms of Sales

Article 1: object

This online commerce contract is the one by which L'Atelier de la Sneakers offers remotely and electronically the sale of second-hand goods as part of its economic activity.

These conditions of sale are concluded on the one hand by Atelier de la Sneakers called “the seller” and on the other hand, by any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via this site, hereinafter referred to as “the buyer”.

Article 3. Acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions

These conditions of sale aim to define the contractual relations between the seller and the buyer and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through this merchant site, whether the buyer is a professional or a consumer. The acquisition of a property through this site implies unreserved acceptance by the buyer of these conditions of sale. These conditions of sale will prevail over any other general or specific conditions not expressly approved by the seller. The seller reserves the right to modify its conditions of sale at any time. Article 4. Characteristics

The products offered for sale are those which appear in the merchant catalog published on the seller's website l'Atelier de la Sneakers. For products that are unique second-hand products, they are offered while stocks last. Each product is accompanied by a description established by the seller. Some signs of wear on used products may be present. The photographs in the catalog are as faithful as possible but cannot ensure perfect similarity with the product offered.

Article 5. Prices

The prices appearing in the catalog are net prices in euros. VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the CGI. The sale made is invoiced excluding tax (HT).
The seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood, however, that the price appearing in the catalog on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer for an order less than 80 euros. They include the shipping price (current La Poste rates), packaging as well as logistics costs.
Shipping costs are free for all orders over 80 euros.

Article 6. Geographical area

The online sale of products presented on the site is reserved for buyers who reside in France and Europe.

Article 7. Order

The buyer who wishes to purchase a product must:

Article 8. Withdrawal and return

The consumer has a period of 14 days to withdraw without having to provide reasons or pay penalties from the day of receipt of the goods. The goods must be returned in their initial condition. The seller reimburses the buyer or gives a credit as soon as possible and at the latest within thirty days following the date of withdrawal.

Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Regardless of the order amount. The return can be made on all or part of the order under the conditions stipulated above. The refund of the returned good(s) will be made according to the conditions described in article 10. Article 10. Reimbursement terms

Subject to compliance with its return conditions, Atelier de la Sneakers will reimburse the items returned within 7 days following the return of the goods to stock and at the latest within 30 days after withdrawal.

Article 11. Delivery of the goods

L'Atelier de la Sneakers undertakes to post your purchase within a maximum of 15 working days from confirmation of payment.

Article 12. Responsibilities

L'Atelier de la Sneakers has an obligation of result for all stages of order taking as well as for stages subsequent to the conclusion of the contract.

Thus, Atelier de la Sneakers undertakes to describe with the greatest accuracy the Products sold on the Website.

On the other hand, the liability of Atelier de la Sneakers cannot be incurred in the event that the non-performance of its obligations is attributable either to the unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a third party to the contract or to a case of force majeure such as defined by French case law. Likewise, Atelier de la Sneakers cannot be held responsible for any inconveniences or damages inherent in the use of the Internet network, in particular a break in service, an external intrusion or the presence of computer viruses.

6. Applicable law

Relations between users and sellers are governed by French law.
